About Me
I wrote my first lines of code on a Commodore 64 in BASIC. My Linux journey began with Red Hat 7 and Fedora Core 1, followed by nearly two decades on Gentoo configuring custom kernels and building userlands from source before adopting Arch Linux and CachyOS.
Professionally, I bring 19 years of IT operations and service delivery leadership. As a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) and Regional Service Delivery Manager, I led teams of 25+ engineers, eliminated First Contact SLA failures to zero, and managed complex enterprise accounts. Today, I combine that organizational rigor with hands-on systems hacking—contributing to Wayland compositors in Rust and engineering production automations that eliminate manual overhead.
